The origins of Champagne J.Lassalle began in 1942, in Chigny les Roses, grand terroir of the Montagne de Reims. Chantal and Angéline are the 2nd and 3rd generation, as this champagne story is about women. Nothing is left to chance. Pressing is still made in the traditionnal way, and the grape selection is of the greatest importance. Precision and delicacy is the Lassalle style. Some would say: an extreme persistence leads to an impeccable quality with a touch of charm and elegance.
